The first is that Altadore is close to River Park which is one of Calgary’s best parks in the city. The second is its proximity to one of Calgary’s top outdoor shopping strips – Marda Loop.
Established in 1945, this community wasn’t developed until the early 1950s. There is a wide variety of home styles in this area due to their spaced out construction throughout the past 70 years. The area, however, has consistently attracted trendy young professionals and young famillies throughout this time.
