A Brief History

Just south of the Glenmore Reservoir, Pump Hill is home to some of Calgary’s most affluent residents. Its development began in 1967 when it was still merged with its now westward neighbour community, Palliser. Pump Hill has stood alone since 1991, making it a fairly young community compared to others in the city. Pump Hill is known for its large lots and luxury single family homes. It is one of Calgary’s most affluent, upscale, and modern communities, tucked away from prying eyes. What Makes It Special
Beautiful greenery makes this community one of the most natural and peaceful in Calgary. The abundance of trees will make you feel like you’ve taken a trip into the lush forestry of the mountains. The lots in this community are plenty spacious and are considered very private due to their surrounding trees and shrubs.
Community Association
Pump Hill’s community association encompasses Palliser and Bayview as well and has many opportunities for programs and hosts several events each year. Residents are able to enjoy amenities such as the outdoor skating rink, art classes, yoga classes, and sports programs for all ages.

Located in south Calgary, this community has an abundance of greenery and winding pathways linking it to the Glenmore Reservoir. With plenty of recreational activities from boat docks, parks, Glenmore Landing and the Heritage Park Historial Village, Pump Hill has access to some of the most exclusive spots in the city.
Why We Love Building Here
This neighbourhood exudes luxury from its gorgeous green colouring to its private location. This very small community in south Calgary is a favourite of ours to build in due to its peaceful atmosphere. We have been involved in building homes in Pump Hill for many years and have had the ability to watch it grow into the community it is now. This is one of our favourite communities in Calgary.
